SPLAT was fast becoming the victim of its own success - having carved out a fabulous reputation across the North West for running Art and
Craft Workshops in Schools, hosting Children's Parties, running Local Engagement and Community Cohesion projects, not to mention the work
they were doing in pre-schools, hospices and for Housing Associations, SPLAT recognised the need to take a fresh look at their business goals.
